  • Full Name, Email Address, and Phone/WhatsApp Number.
  • Store Name, Store Subdomain/Domain, and Branding Preferences.
  • Authentication credentials (securely hashed passwords and JWT tokens).

1.2 Store Catalog & Customer Order Data

To enable e-commerce operations for your store:

  • Product names, descriptions, categories, pricing, inventory stock, and media (images, 3D GLB models, videos).
  • Shopper order details (shopper name, delivery address, phone number, purchased items, and fulfillment status) submitted directly to your storefront.

1.3 3D & AR Visualization Data

When store owners or shoppers utilize our 3D interactive viewer or AR room placement, scene assets and model textures are processed in memory to render the WebGL preview and are never used to train third-party public models or distributed to external advertisers.

2. Payment & Billing Data (Merchant of Record)

The Sell Sphere does not store, log, or process sensitive credit card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.

All billing transactions, subscriptions, and invoicing are processed securely by authorized Merchant of Record payment partners. Payment information is handled in compliance with the highest Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS Level 1), with secure payment tokens, tax invoicing (VAT, GST, Sales Tax), and automated fraud screening.

3. How We Use Collected Data

We use the data we collect solely for legitimate business purposes:

  • To provision, authenticate, and maintain your store and admin dashboard.
  • To configure and manage interactive 3D catalog previews and AI assistant settings.
  • To power context-aware AI shopping assistants grounded strictly in your store's verified product catalog.
  • To process subscription renewals, invoices, and support inquiries.
  • To protect against security threats, fraud, spam, and platform abuse.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted industry providers who process data strictly under our instructions:

  • Authorized Merchant of Record: Certified payment processor for checkout, subscription billing, fraud prevention, invoicing, and global tax compliance.
  • Cloud & CDN Providers: Secure hosting, encrypted databases, and rapid content delivery.
